DDC Agent Proxy

Terms of use

Last updated: September 11, 2026

These terms describe use of the DDC Agent Proxy website and gateway. Specific commercial, support, or deployment commitments are governed by the written agreement for your service. Contact ddc@vdtdata.com before use if you need clarification.

Access and credentials

Use only credentials issued to you or your organization by an authorized operator. Protect those credentials, keep them out of public code and logs, and notify DDC or your operator if you suspect compromise. Requesting access does not automatically create an account or grant permission to use a deployment.

Authorized use

You are responsible for having permission to access the websites, networks, and data involved in your traffic. Follow applicable law and the terms of your upstream providers and target services. Do not use the gateway for unauthorized access, credential theft, malicious traffic, or interference with other users or systems.

Limits and availability

Operators set scopes, expiry, quotas, and route capacity. Requests may be rejected when those conditions are not met. Response times and outcomes also depend on networks, upstream proxies, and target websites. Illustrative examples and screenshots are not service-level or capacity commitments.

Third-party services

Upstream provider access is configured separately. You or your operator are responsible for the relevant provider agreements and charges. The gateway does not grant rights to third-party content or guarantee that a target will accept a request.

Data and changes to access

Review the privacy policy and security information before sending sensitive traffic. Your organization should determine appropriate configuration, retention, and access controls for its deployment.

Access may be restricted by an authorized operator in response to credential compromise, misuse, or operational limits. Contact DDC to discuss a suspected error, a change in requirements, or ending your use of the service. Updates to these terms will be published with a revised date.
